We hired James are our realtor when we bought our home in Richmond. He was a great realtor to work with - super personable, professional, and patient. He helped us greatly every step of the way. He helped us get to know the different neighborhoods of Richmond to find a place that worked well for us. He helped us figure out what we are looking for in a house. He met us to tour any houses we wanted to see. He helped us worth with the inspectors, selling agents, and lawyers and even helped up handle some difficult decision making steps during the negotiation phase. The whole process was very smooth. I would hire James again in a heartbeat.
