Sarah Ripp with River Fox Realty helped us find our dream home! She was knowledgeable about the market and gave us great advice on how to put together a competitive offer. Sarah went above and beyond to find houses within our specifications and she stayed in close communication with listing agents to make sure our offer stayed top of mind with the sellers. We are so grateful for her!

Anousheh was our realtor. She was awesome! Made our first time buying a home feel like a breeze. Her team was very responsive and patient. She was also very knowledgeable and pointed out things to know and look for that we didn't know to keep any eye out for.

Thanks to Angie and Anousheh, we were able to buy our first home as an LGBTQ+ couple with a baby—something that felt overwhelming at first, especially in the competitive Richmond housing market. They made the entire process feel realistic, manageable, and even exciting. The team at River Fox truly knows how to support their clients—taking the time to listen, understand what matters most, and guide you every step of the way. Their communication was exactly what we needed: clear, responsive, and reassuring from start to finish. They were always in our corner, advocating for us and keeping us informed. What stood out most was their genuine joy for us. On closing day, their excitement and happiness felt just as real as our own—it was a true testament to how much they care. If you’re looking for a team that not only gets results but also genuinely wants to help make your dreams come true, we can’t recommend them enough.

I have nothing but good things to say about Avenue (Angie and Anousheh - the amazing duo!!!). I would normally be skeptical about no criticisms, but this group is truly composed of exceptional people. Our family sold our house during the post-holiday season with a quick timeline and move out of the country. The job both got done (wowza!) and was complimented by an immense amount of support, care, and attention to detail. Angie and the team are so thoughtful and this makes a huge difference when going through such a stressful process (not to mention likely the biggest financial transaction of your life!). If we ever move back to RVA, we plan to be in touch. All my love to Avenue!!
