The Hogan Group connects their agents with people that are looking to do just that." Well I'm a buyer with cash ready to pay asking price and I don't need to qualify and Jared is the listing agent. Last I checked the listing agent is charged with representing the seller and to bring all offers to sell his clients home. Does Jared want to sell the house for his seller? Nope, says he's busy, but if the house is still available next week, he'll give me a call. Think about that for a second and ask yourself if that's even ethical.
