Always attentive and organized when it comes to our flights. It's so nice to have our Frequent Flyer numbers, and Trusted Traveler numbers in their system. We've been working with Dortha for nearly 15 years and she is THE BEST. She understands what we want and what the airlines are up to, as frustrating as they are. She always knows when there are specials and additional ways to earn points/miles.
Not completely happy with our experience at All About Travel (OKC). Staff was friendly and personable in interactions over the phone, but wasn't responsive when concerns were raised with our destination choice and did minimal to help.L. Felt like there was little creativity and assistance from beginning to end. Reached out to another person at All About Travel with our concerns and never received a response. Would not use them again.
Anje went way above and beyond when helping my family book a trip to Ireland. She had great ideas and her costumer service was outstanding! It was a perfect trip except for a small misunderstanding with our hotel in Dublin (not anyone's fault). Because if this minor inconvenience at our hotel, All About Travel went above and beyond again by giving us free airfare to Mexico and we got to enjoy another amazing vacation. I highly recommend this agency and will use Anje as my travel agent for life!!!
