Dr. Hooper is fantastic! We switched to All Creatures because our prior vet barely spent any time getting to know our boy and talking to us. Dr. Hooper is the total opposite. She’s incredibly personable and action oriented. She spent plenty of time explaining our dogs treatment plan and even called to talk through his results with us. On top of Dr. Hoopers awesomeness, the vet tech and front desk staff are incredibly personable. I made our vet tech explain the different diagnostic options several times and she was so patient with me lol. Pricing is standard vet costs, not cheap but certainly not overpriced/outside of normal, and with them accepting care credit it’s not a huge deal. I will highlight the valley fever test they ran for us was actually about $100 cheaper than when we’ve had it ran at our old vet (with another dog). We are so happy to have joined All Creatures and are looking forward to having them be our boy Hoppers family!
The visit started with Kim and Lauren and they were very efficient and welcoming. Their intake was very thorough. Dr. Miyamoto was absolutely wonderful. She listened and developed an immediate rapport with Ned. Her exam was thorough and she took time to educate me on the likely cause of the issue in his ear.
I took my cat here, After taking her to two other vets prior ( Banfields*) And I must say, I have never been so pleased with a vet veterinarian’s office! Not only was the front staff receptionist area, completely accommodating, and super sweet. The vet technician, and my actual veterinarian doctor answered every single question I had, made me feel very comfortable, Nature, my cat was comfortable the whole time kept me informed and updated throughout the whole procedures. Afterwards, they followed up two days later as they said they wouldn’t have been checking in periodically. Also, when I had any questions or concerns, I would call their office and they would have me connected right away with my actual doctor and she would clarify any concerns I had and come up with the solutions in order to make me and my animal feel better. Not only would I highly recommend this veterinarians office to everybody, but I’m also going to be taking my dog there from now on as well as my parents they are going to be opting into coming there as well! This facility is phenomenal on so many level levels. I am so lucky to have found them!!!
I brought in my 70lb tortoise. I had some questions about his shell and health from previous owner. The doctor was very helpful and they were accommodating for his needs. Being so big and a tortoise it was good to get him inside and in a room right from the car. He was mostly healthy and already on the diet he needed, but she re assured me. Highly recommend.
My family and I have been taking our pets here for years and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them. My family started with Dr. Bob and now sees Dr. Miyamoto, both are wonderful with our animals, and so helpful and and kind with the owners. Nothing but excellent care from them. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here!
