I took my 6 month kitten here to get Vaccines shots. They had a good package deal for kitten vaccines. Professional staff. Good service. The vaccines appointment only took about 20mins.

All I can express through my words is a deep appreciation and admiration for the staff and Doctor at West Phoenix veterinary Hospital. The staff gave great sincere Care to my Baby Chiquita.Doctor Grewal is a honest and compassionate professional You can trust to not steer you wrong with your little family member. The doctor was honest with us in telling us that after 2 weeks we could see if she got better we did everything we could to hold on to her and we got her treatments and medicines gave it to her on the dot but sadly my little baby could not make it. When we took her in for a follow up the doctor was honest with us and told us it was time whereas he could easily have sold us up but he knew it was not in Chiquita's best interest. It was impossible and so difficult to put her down but the Doctor and staff brought us all the comfort in the world because we saw Everytime Chiquita would go in she would be visibly happy and relieved because she knew the staff was there to make her better. I cannot thank you all enough and to everyone reading please take my word and know your companion will be with family at this location and you will not regret the experience.

The staff at West Phoenix Vet. Hospital are kind and caring, and my animals are always comfortable with them. Dr G. is attentive and explains procedures and protocols clearly. I appreciate how he works with me to find the best solutions to keep my diabetic cat healthy.

I brought my little Bubbles in and the whole team was amazing from start to finish. They were gentle, patient, and treated her like their own. Bubbles gets nervous at the vet, but they made her feel safe and comfortable the entire time. They explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and even gave her extra love because of how tiny she is.

I’d love to commend every single person in this place. The sweetest help sincere care and love for your pets they are kind to the dogs and all animals as if they were their own little critters. I had to put my dog Down unfortunately due to her heart murmur and when picking up her ashes and paw print we received a card with handwritten notes from everyone and two little vials with her hair in it and her nose print on the card as well. The attention to detail is second to none and I am so happy I went with their service. They always treated my dog well the times I went in. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment.
