Melissa and her staff are truly amazing. Melissa is a gem who went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, she helped us secure a last-minute vet appointment during the Christmas holiday, when everything felt impossible. The level of expertise, care, and calm professionalism she showed was exceptional. I’ve never experienced this kind of service before. Genuinely felt like the Ritz-Carlton standard of care, but for pets. If I could give 10/5 stars, I would.

I started taking my senior Golden Retriever, Kaila, to Melissa’s salon when she was 13 years old, and I’m so grateful I found her. Melissa always did a fantastic job grooming Kaila. And she is so much more than just a groomer. Thanks to her background as a vet tech and her experience with senior dogs, Melissa recommended several things that helped Kaila with her mobility and overall aging process. I trusted her so much that I felt completely comfortable boarding Kaila with her for six weeks while I traveled. Before Melissa, Kaila was always hesitant when I dropped her off at other groomers. But with Melissa, it was different. Kaila loved going there. She felt safe, comfortable, and happy with the staff and the other dogs. Sadly, Kaila passed away just one month shy of her 17th birthday. In those final days, Melissa was right there with us, offering support and care in Kaila’s final days. After everything we've been through, I consider Melissa not just Kaila’s groomer, but a true friend. Her compassion, dedication, and love for animals are rare. She’s an absolute gem of a human being. If you want your dog to not only look beautiful but also be deeply cared for, I can’t recommend Melissa and her staff enough. You and your dog will be in the best hands.

My dog has itchy skin that no other groomer was able to help and has specific trimming needs. Melissa was able to give me great recommendations that helped his skin and she always trims him perfectly. She is an extremely experienced and knowledgable groomer. My dog’s been going here about 1.5 years now and we are always happy with the results.
