Diesel loves it here. He gets so excited on daycare days which makes me happy. He has always been a little more anxious around strange humans and other dogs so I was worried about trusting other humans with his care. The staff here is great with him and it calms my nerves. We are so grateful!

Our fur-baby girl, Timber, has been going to K9 Secret Service since she was 4 months old. It's been 16 months growing, learning, and receiving so much love. My husband and I (Timber too) absolutely love K9 Secret Service! Lee Ann, Charlee, Ashley and the staff always go above and beyond for Timber. We just completed a 2-week board and train program with K9 Secret Service being the place for her boarding. We were very nervous and anxious to be separated for 14 days. Because Timber is there for daycare 4-5x a week, it's a second home for her and she feels comfortable. When we asked for updates on how she was handling the separation, we got text messages and even pictures were shared. Our hearts are filled with so much appreciation. This place has celebrations during holidays for the pups and really take the time to know the dogs and their personalities. Although our Timber is not a very friendly or social dog, we all feel the love and care that she's given. Mahalo for being Timber's home away from home and second safe place. We love you! ❤️🫶🏻

I have been taking my large dog to K9 Secret Service and I have been very impressed with their reliability, professionalism, and care for her, especially during the pandemic. K9 made the meet and greet process easy and fun, and provides personalized care, particularly at a time when many other daycare centers were not able to, were unresponsive, or were at max capacity. My dog can be nervous but always has a good time here (and we're sent photos of her playing to prove it!). Most of all, the staff is very flexible and responsive to the pet owner's concerns. For example, if my flight is delayed and I am late to pick her up, the staff have been very helpful in making sure they can accommodate that. Thus, I don't worry when my dog is staying with them! I only wish their space were bigger, but that’s tough in town! I do love the set-up and how every time I came in to pick up my dog she’d be standing straight up at the gate waiting for whoever is walking in that door to greet!

My favorite boarding and doggy daycare in Honolulu! They are not only my pets favorite but my favorite place to leave my dear pups! I highly recommend! And, at Thanksgiving, I highly recommend their Thanksgiving dinner for your dogs! Even if you are boarding your pups, you can still purchase and let me tell you my pups ate it up! The presentation was amazing as well as the taste of the meal because all three enjoyed it so much! I can't wait to order next year!! Again, highly recommend!!!!!

Lee Ann has done a fantastic job at this location on King Street! The play areas, the cozy suites, and the televisions for the pups makes it a great home away from home for our fur babies! On a personal note, the first time we left them I was, admittedly nervous about how my pups who were rescued, would do away from us. Lee Ann not only assured me they would be well taking care of; she sent me photos of them as well! The second time we took them to the King Street location, they ran to the door and with front paws on the door! They were WAITING to be let in! This made me smile! Two thumbs up 👍👍 for K9 Secret Service
