Breanna at waikiki pets pals is trustworthy and consistent! Her services provided are exactly as advertised and some. She sends pics and updates and does an amazing job about letting you know your pets are being properly cared for. She is extremely professional and I HIGHLY recommend her!

Highly recommended pet service! We were hesitant having a stranger come into our home to care for our fur baby while on a trip, but we were immediately put at ease after meeting with Breanna and her team. They have great communication (gave us an update after each visit) and followed any specific instructions we left. They use an app for all communication which made it convenient to keep in touch, especially during international travel. We will definitely be using their services again! In fact we already have her booked for an upcoming trip. 😁

Great service! Breanna and her team are fantastic! I trust Waikiki Pet Pals implicitly with my 2 cats. They have always been very professional and loving to my cats. Plus I really enjoy the updates with pictures I receive via their app at each visit. The app makes it super easy to communicate with them and is a great tool for billing too. My dog, Lady, is a rescue and I’ve never felt comfortable boarding her so the fact that they do home visits is a godsend. Lady is easy going but loves attention so I typically choose to have 3 visits a day. Breanna always goes above and beyond to make sure Lady is comfortable and I love that she always sends a ton of pictures from their walks and couch cuddle sessions. The only people I trust to take care of my pup when I need to go out of town!
