Alex and Chris arrived right on time and after they explained the process they set to work... and boy did they work!!!! I was amazed at their speed, skill and enthusiasm. They took such great care of our belongings and literally ran back and forth to the van... Unbelievable! Highly recommend the service for these two alone. The admin behind the scenes was a bit chaotic but they made up for it, and some. Thanks to both of you!

After getting several bids for over a month, I decided to go with All My Sons Moving company. One reason I decided to go with them because I am a supporter of the UTSA Road Runners football organization and All My Sons are a sponsor for the road runners. I negotiated a good price And they also looked at my budget and gave me advice to save money by purchasing my own moving and packing material which was a huge savings. I was met the morning of my move by two gentlemen named Abraham and Devonte and let me tell you meeting these two movers Was life-changing. Both of these professional movers were so polite, professional, and thorough. After inventory and they determined that they really needed one more person to help, but no one was available at the time, but Abraham and Devonte didn’t let that stop them. It was supposed to take 5 to 6 hours turn into 12 hours. I feel bad but it was out of our control. this was an emergency move. Near the end of the move. management sent another mower to help us. His name is Devon. I believe we finished the job and it was so late that we had to move the belongings in the truck into the storage the next morning. We were tired. The next morning I’m at two other movers that came to load the storage and it two Rodrigo and Deja once again two professional, polite movers, we got done moving items into the storage. I received a text from Deja the next day that they had one item to give me. I wrote this review because I wanted everyone to know that I appreciated The way All My Sons were careful with our furniture and glass items. Also want to thank all of the movers and the Management at All My Sons Moving company for making this move a lot better especially during this difficult time in our lives.

San Antonio AMS From the beginning, All My Sons was on top of things—answering all my questions. Every person that I talked to was helpful and went out of their way to help me get prepared for my move. Chris was my go to guy leading up to the move. He had me take pics of all I was moving and was able to tell me I was going to need another truck 🤦‍♀️. He was so right! He even took calls from me when he had the weekend off. On moving day, five of the nicest young men showed up. They walked with me through the house looking at what I was moving. I had a split move—some of my things were going to the rent house and some going to storage buildings. I tried to make that an easier process and tagged everything going to the rental with a hot pink label. Though I worked tirelessly for two weeks, I was not ready when they showed up. I was still scrambling and packing. The guys were patient with me and helped as much as they could. Any issue we had was because I did not communicate accurately. It’s an exhausting process, and as hard as I tried, I made mistakes. In spite of my errors in communication and planning, the movers rose to the occasion every time, and every time, they were patient and kind. No one ever lost their cool. No one ever rolled their eyes. No one ever showed any attitude. The amazing thing was how these five worked together as a team so well. They were better than any well-rehearsed and well-choreographed performance team. When it came time to pay, I realized I had packed my credit card, and it was buried on one of the trucks somewhere. Of all the dumb things…. Not one of them showed any frustration even though I know they were ready to get on the road. They were very patient while I figured out my next steps and solutions. For the second day, the company trimmed my crew to three workers. They worked just as hard on Day two as they did the first day. I could not get over how kind and hard working these guys were. So…to Blake, Morgan, John, Josh, and Ray, kudos to you and many, many thanks for all the ways you helped me! I’m so grateful for each one of you. I’m grateful I chose All My Sons! Robin

AMS was able to accommodate my needs with just one day’s notice! Movers Trey and Richard were absolutely the best—kind, professional, and so understanding during a very emotional time as I moved my mom into a memory care facility. Terrible moving experience. Once they had my deposit, customer service was nonexistent—especially from the general manager, Harley (San Antonio, TX). I clearly communicated my budget and expectations, but was hit with surprise charges and slow, careless movers. The three men moved like snails, broke multiple items, and wasted time chatting. They held my belongings hostage until I paid the new balance, then tried to dump everything in my new driveway. One mover even cursed at me and told me to reassemble my furniture myself. They left key bed parts on the truck, forcing me to sleep on a mattress on the floor after a 9-hour move. My claims report was also a joke—offering $205 for damages that include a $199 trash can, ruined bedroom set, broken mirror, and more. Boxes were left upside down, food spilled, and nothing was placed in the correct room as labeled. Please avoid this company at all costs. They advertise their movers are background checked etc, when they clearly need to focus more on efficiency and customer service skills. It was a nightmare from start to finish and you will be out even more money slowly having to replace what you thought you once had and kept nice.
