contacted them for a rock chip and within an hour, they were at my house fixing the chip. customer service of rick and cole was great and the work itself. great price as well. highly recommend.
Rick and Cole were easy to work with , they got back to me on if my window was in stock and sent me a invoice and were here early the next morning on time . It did not take Cole long at all and the price of the service was reasonable. 10/10 highly recommend
Girlfriend’s car got broken into last night. Called All Star Windshield Repair this morning and When I spoke to Rick he was very helpful in getting it fixed that same day! He sent Cole to do the repair and my girlfriend says that Cole was very friendly and welcoming! He was very fast at the repair and it was a very affordable price! 11/10 would recommend Rick and Cole to anyone!! Thanks again guys.
Edit: full disclosure, my sideview mirror for which Rick replaced the glass fell off of my car a few days later (the glass/plastic backing portion, not the entire sideview mirror, but obviously the effect was worse than if I'd kept driving with only the broken glass as I then had no mirror at all). Rick did offer to help with that and we texted back and forth for a few days trying to find a time. I was prepared to get the sideview mirror myself but I later heard from his girlfriend that he was in the hospital. I had to replace the entire sideview mirror myself. I offer Rick my utmost sympathies for his injuries. I was disappointed that I started with a sideview mirror (albeit with broken glass) and ended up without a sideview mirror entirely. That may not have been Rick's fault, and I got the impression he did not see it as his fault (I'm not experienced with cars), but perhaps speaks to a lack of experience in this repair area. I did not ever hear from Cole as a follow up who it's my understanding is his business partner but it's possible he was never informed about the incident. I am keeping 3 stars because the original service was prompt and likely there were extenuating circumstances but would be cautious if hiring them to fix your sideview mirror. Original: Rick was so helpful and didn’t even accept payment beyond the cost of my side view mirror itself because it is such a small job. That blew my mind as other glass repair places were going to charge $50+ for labor. It was totally unneeded on his part and I told him so but he stuck to it. I was very impressed. I totally recommend his services! He’s a really nice guy in addition to being reliable and providing great customer service.
Huge shoutout to Cole at All Star Windshield Repair! He fixed the passenger side glass on my car super fast and did an awesome job. The price was great, the work is solid, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Definitely recommend hitting him up if you ever need glass repair!
