The class instructor was knowledgeable and the content was delivered well. During check-in, the instructor had us complete registration via QR code and also personally checked off my name on her attendance list, so I was confirmed present through two separate methods. My main concern is with the administrative follow-up. Immediately after completing the course, I received a congratulations email confirming my attendance. However, I then received a second email from ALLCPR stating that I had skipped the course entirely. When I attempted to resolve this discrepancy, I found that the customer service phone number only leads to an automated loop with no option to reach a live person. I've also sent an email but have not yet received a response. This is particularly frustrating as I need this certification for work, and I was clearly present—verified by both the QR code registration and the instructor's physical checklist.
Daniel is very nice and patient. He was very informative and was willing to help me understand when I had questions to ask. Thank You!
Daniel is a clear and thorough trainer with an emphasis on hands on training experience. Would recommend
Signed up for class. Gave the wrong address to the class. Wasted time. No customer service, even though they boast 24 hour customer service. The phone number is waste of time, it goes in circles and eventually goes no where and hangs up. Edit: Responded to this review, but zero of the emails I sent. And never got a call back from any of the voicemails I left.
Kenny was extremely prompt and helpful. When registering for my course, it was ambiguous gauging which courses were actually required before the in person portion, causing a delay in completion. Kenny was able to clear all that up for me. If I were to provide any feedback, it would revolve around that. I am waiting to see how my Friday in person portion will go and will circle back with an update then. Update: Great in person lesson — review updated to 5 stars 👍🏼
