I have always liked going to Heart Start even for in-person classes because of the correct amount of class time. These new computer-connected skills checks are also set for the correct amount of class time. One ask - for the Technology Dr location, with the understanding that these things will get lost, it would be nice to have bathroom keys available. Thanks!

The best (and only 😆) CPR class I’ve been to! All kidding aside, it was very well organized, informative and instructive. Everyone got dummies to practice on multiple times during the session. Made me aware of the need for prompt action and the risks if I DON’T step in. Hope I don’t have to use, but better to be prepared than just crossing my fingers.

Needed BLS renewal for work and found Heart Start CPR on the AHA website. Loved the hybrid option with the practical leaning online as it gave me flexibility with my work schedule. There were also many times available for the skills portion, and I found the skills portion was setup well and was very well-explained and easy to follow. The feedback provided during the skills portion was also very helpful. Will keep coming back here for my annual renewal.

This was such a great way to get my CPR renewal done. They were open on the weekend which helps because my schedule is super busy during the week. I loved that i was able to do my review testing online and then go into a classroom alone and do my skills. I think it takes the edge off knowing that there isnt anyone but you in the class doing your skills test. The computer gave clear directions and i was able to follow without any issues. I will be coming back here for my future renewals.

I paid the $110 for the course. I was able to complete the learning and testing portion at my pace from home on my computer. The following day I went to the Citrus Heights location to complete the physical part. Performing CPR on the infant and adult manikins that were hooked up to the laptop. I was the only person in the room because it was my scheduled time which was really nice. It was such a great and straight forward experience.
