⚠️if you press down firmly and the system indicates that the depth is insufficient, your hand replacement is incorrect. Conversely, if you can reach the correct depth with light pressure, then your hand position is correct.

the process was quick, easy, & straight forward! luckily i have experience using RQI so i was able to complete my BLS + ACLS as soon as possible. they are trust worthy & resourceful. 100% recommend!

Good location, plenty of parking spaces. The online ACLS class was at your own pace. The hands-on portion of the class was very straightforward; logged in, followed the voice-assist to complete the skills process. The whole thing took me about 30 minutes.

This program is great! It’s everything a modern CPR/BLS class should be. The online portion is very intuitive and the in-person skills assessment was very easy to learn and do from. I liked how I could do it at my own pace. Customer service was amazing when I had an issue and needed to change my appointment and also when I needed a refund for a small portion. I love everything else about this! I’ll be recommending this to everyone and will be coming back!

The videos and online portion of the BLS class are super quick and pretty easy - it’s supposed to take you an hour and a half but I got it done in 40 minutes. The in-person session was also very chill - it’s just you in this little room with a mannequin and you just do your tests and you can retake things if you need too. Overall everything is super organized and if you call the number they are really nice too! This class is great for people with busy schedules because everything is super fast and streamlined.
