Bill reached out to me the day before my pickup with clear details, hours, and location, which immediately helped ease my anxiety. When I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything step by step — what I received, what each item was for, and exactly what to do next and in what order. I was honestly a bit nervous going in, as VA-related processes can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Bill made the experience smooth, positive, and even enjoyable. He was professional, charismatic, and genuinely kind. It was clear that he cared about making sure I felt confident and supported before leaving. This location may be an outsourced partner for the VA, but the level of service was outstanding. I truly appreciated the communication, organization, and human touch.
