My wife and I booked rental through Aloha Artisans for our wedding in Sping of 2020. When the islands closed due to the pandemic and we were forced to change our plans (our state park venue was closed). Aloha Artisans was the only vendor who refused to refund us anything, despite the fact they physically could not deliver any of the rental goods to the venue due to it being closed by the state. I would avoid this business.
While we worked with Aloha Artisans primary through our planner, Alyssa at AllTheDeets, it was so great having Aloha Artisans as part of our wedding vendor team. We had a wedding in June 2025 at Kualoa Ranch. They have such beautiful inventory to add special touches to any event, such as their white ceremony platform, their dish ware, their market umbrellas, and white bar. Their team helped bring the day of our dreams to life and we're so grateful!
Aloha Artisans was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. They handled nearly all of our rentals—everything except the cutlery, dance floor, and chargers—and everything was set up perfectly without a single hitch. Their furniture and pieces were beautiful and really helped bring our vision to life. Even though the ceremony chairs were provided by our venue (Kualoa Ranch), Aloha Artisans handled the setup seamlessly. Their team was professional, timely, and clearly experienced. Aloha Artisans was so wonderful to work with! They were excellent communicators and worked with me in great detail over a year-long course of planning. The brown circle altar piece I needed had broken down the morning of my wedding, so they went above and beyond and painted another round altar piece they had so that everything would be true to my vision. They have an endless amount of rentable items that made it really easy to shop through and choose what I wanted. I also didn't have to worry about set-up/clean-up rentals, and they also have an option to pay a team for additional set-up such as chairs and tables that were available at our venue.
Aloha Artisans were incredible at our wedding! They were recommended by our photographer and have great inventory and are happy to provide design input as well. Planning a destination wedding was hard in itself, but Aloha Artisans made the process so easy and were incredibly responsive and friendly. I could not recommend them more, our wedding looked absolutely beautiful thanks for their help!
