I reserved beverage service equipment a week in advance. At pickup, 2 of the 6 reserved items were not available to rent. It seemed that they had not suddenly broken, they were just rented to other people. However the 4 items I got were just as expected and worked great. In the end we didn't need the 2 additional items, but they were still "reserved" and I had received no warning that they weren't available beforehand nor was I called to check if I still needed them. So if you are absolutely relying on items being there you should call and double check even if you have a reservation. Pickup and dropoff were easy. Prices are very affordable.
