Alpha Omega gym has everything I was looking for- not only pretty much any piece of equipment you can think of, but also an expansive turf area with plenty of room to do dynamic workouts- my favorite kind. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and helpful. Their large kettlebell collection is one of my favorite perks of this gym. Highly recommend to anyone, either beginner or pro!

I purchased a week pass and really liked it. You get a 24/7 access key fob, and the equipment you get access to is exceptionally high-quality for the price. When I was there, it seemed like there was a strong sense of community among the members. If I lived in the area, I would be a member without question.

I started working out with Ashley to get in shape for my daughter’s wedding. She is a great trainer - the right balance of challenging and encouraging! She designed workouts specifically for my goals and helped me achieve way more than I could have on my own! If you’re looking for a no-frills gym with all the equipment and free weights you need to get in a good workout, this is the place for you.

I am from out of town visiting and have been to a lot of gyms. This may be one of the best places I have trained at. A ton of open space with high quality competition equipment. It is a setting where you can train competitively but also large enough if you want to workout at your own pace. Also the staff is cordial and helpful. Thank you 10/10

Great gym. Loved that this gym was open 24 hours a day and whenever I went in, it was never crowded. Had all the equipment I needed to reach my goals and is a very clean gym. I have had many gym memberships to many different gyms and this one was definitely worth the money! Highly recommend 😌
