I'm in the 55+ age group and after COVID I was in a fitness slump and had gained about 15 lbs. I decided to give CKB a try. After 6 months of working out, plus nutritional guidance, CKB helped me tone up and lose 19 lbs. Instructors and other members are supportive. Workouts are always changing, so you don't get bored. I highly recommend giving CKB a try. FEBRUARY 2025 UPDATE: Now 58, still loving being a member of CKB. Everyone has been so supportive, it's like a second family. I normally get bored with my workouts, then I quit and try something new. CKB is constantly changing things up and has held my interest for over two years. I truly love the workouts and have seen so much improvement in my technique over the past two years. If your on the fence about trying Kickboxing, give it 6 weeks - you won't regret it!
