I absolutely love this company! It’s nice to support a family owned business rather than a big corporation and they treat their customers with care and understanding. I’ve been with Alpha Omega Personal Fitness for a year now and I’ve loved having the convenience of a trainer coming to my house and working around my schedule. My trainer is Lana and she is the best! She’s so encouraging and funny! We talk about my goals and she’s creates workouts that help me focus on meeting those goals. The owners of the company, Josh and Jayme are also so amazing and are just absolute professionals. If I have a question about scheduling or my invoice, they’re quick to respond and explain things to me in the kindest way.
