Probably the coolest store in seattle, great prices and a very helpful staff that genuinely want to get you the best product for your need . It feels like being on a episode of Linus tech tips walking in here its like having someone's cable draw to dig though only its well labeledand organized. They even have a tech museum area with working computers you can test products before you buy. Definitely one of my go-to stores.
Great place to buy used tech, great selection of used pc parts, and they have just about any cable or power brick you could need! There's also the computer museum section which showcases various models of full computer systems, as well as older hard disk drives and processing units! I've been to both the SODO and Tukwila locations and will most likely continue to occasionally browse through either of the locations.
Cool place! There's a very humble staff member. Other staff members make your feel like an fool is you're ignorant. Guys, a bit more friendliness for those who aren't experts would go a long way, enough for this to change to a 5 🌟 review next time I visit. Looking forward to it. 😊
I had an unbelievably fun time exploring their excellent selection of used and vintage PC parts! They even had 3dfx Voodoo cards for sale. Wow! There’s also a small computer museum exhibit that was a blast to read through. The selection was endless and thorough. Many vintages of Alienware cases. There was an old compaq with the purple cd holder built into the front. A model F keyboard. Sounds cards, cables, servers, typewriters, amps, record players, receivers. Oh my! The staff were all great too. Super excited about how stoked I was and very helpful.
If you’re a nostalgia nerd, prepare to share a tear or two 🥺 This place unlocked memories I didn’t know I had. There are two locations - both similar, but different enough to warrant a visit to both in one day (at least for me). Highlights include: all the cables/converters you need, retro gaming stuff, audio and video gear, tons of networking switches, stereo systems and retro PCs of various operating conditions (I drooled over a Sun Sparcstation that I coveted in the 90s). I wish there were a Microcenter in Seattle (it’s how I found this place - thanks google maps), but for common accessories and parts, this place fills a big gap for me, and getting to shop among vintage and new tech is a pretty comfy experience. Nice staff too.
