Our heat system stopped working as freezing temps were going to hit this weekend. I called earlier this morning and Charles Stewart arrived later at 4PM. Turns out a motor was out so he quickly called a nearby supplier to leave a new motor for him before they closed at 5PM!! He came back with the motor and within minutes was able to get the heat was back on. MUCH THANKS to Charles Stewart and Alternative Aire!!

Enrique came out and easily diagnosed what he thought was the issue from my description of it. Sure enough, he was right after he went up to look at the HVAC. Their website description is accurate - they do not push services or pressure you into spending more. Enrique provided options to fix the issue, whether we wanted to do it ourselves or have him do it and was transparent about pricing. This was about 2 months ago and our heater is working again like it used to without any issues - I would not hesitate to contact Alternative Aire again in the future.

Very easy to schedule a maintenance appointment online. The price was transparent (easy to find on the website) and a good value compared to other companies we have used in the past. Our technician, Joe Koehler, was friendly, courteous (wore shoe covers inside the house without being asked), punctual, and knowledgeable. We will continue use Alternative Aire in the future.

Happy with the tech. who came and did our service. He was prompt and got the job done in a very timely manner. I would love to pay for the maintenance plan, but I will not have any bill that is automatic withdrawal from my bank account. Let me be billed once or twice a year, and I'll gladly sign up for your maintenance plan. Please come-up with a maintenance plan where I'm billed once or twice a year.
