We got Tonya’s name from a local friend that sung her praises! After having previously met with another realtor that pressured us and left me feeling more lost and uncomfortable, meeting Tony a was like a breath of fresh air. From the first communication, Tonya was incredibly understanding and patient of us being first time homebuyers and punctual. We never felt pushed to make a decision or go any direction that was not the right fit for us. Tonya stepped in and got things done when other parties were dropping the ball and treated us like family (the good kind, not the toxic kind!). She was always in our court and made the whole process survivable. And to top it off, when we finally walked into our new home, she left a little present for not only my husband and I, but our cats too! The small details and little acts truly added up and set Tonya ahead by leaps and bounds. Although, I don’t want to go through this process again anytime soon soon, I know Tonya will be our first call when the day comes!

As a first time homebuyer Charlie Franklin was everything I could have asked for in a realtor. He is patient, knowledgeable, and has an incredible understanding of the area in a way that really allows him to find a home that is right for his client. I always felt that he absolutely had my interests at heart and wasn't going to push me into a purchase just because a house checked most of my boxes. He wanted me to end up somewhere where I'd be happy and have no buyer's remorse. I'd say he achieved that and more. Charlie has a keen eye for detail, peeking into attics and going into crawlspaces whenever possible. He genuinely seems to enjoy learning about houses and what keeps them upright and in good condition for as long as possible. Not only does this prevent any nasty surprises after move-in, but it also gave excellent leverage in the purchase negotiations and put us in a great position as buyers. He has a positive and laid back personality with a great sense of humor that will put anyone at ease. He's also very strong. I really can't recommend Charlie enough to anyone who is looking for a home, and especially a first time homebuyer like myself.
