My husband visited this location after searching multiple places for fiber wire and connections. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. On the first day, Ken assisted him, he was engaging and very helpful. The following day, Jeremy Miller helped us, and we cannot say enough about his outstanding service. Jeremy quickly found solutions and has continued to be an incredible resource for locating very specific products. Thanks to Jeremy, Altex has become our go-to for computer accessories. Fantastic service that truly goes above and beyond!

If you see the staff in black shirts prepare for terrible service. Everyone else working there is great and genuinely greet and help customers. Just don’t hold onto any merchandise and try to browse.

Definitely reminded me of frys. Customer service was absolutely amazing. They had ubiquiti equipment, which was helpful. Employees were extremely knowledgeable. Love this place!

You'll be hard pressed to find exactly what you need in a store, if what you need is a set of specific resistors or capacitors. These guys have it, one of the last remaining bastions. And they are decent people too. Love it. Wish I had one back home.
