EDIT: After posting my original review about the poor condition of the wooden chairs I rented, a member of the company’s staff reached out to me directly. They let me know they had recently received a new batch of chairs and invited me to give them another try. I host several parties throughout the year, so I decided to rent from them again... and I’m glad I did. The new chairs are much nicer, clean, and in great condition. The staff was just as friendly and helpful as before, and pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient. Their customer service has been very responsive, and I appreciate the effort they made to address my concerns and improve the experience. I’m happy to update my rating based on this most recent rental and will continue to use them for future events. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I rented wooden chairs for my party and unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. Every chair was noticeably scuffed and scratched, which was embarrassing given the event. Since it was the day of my party, I didn’t have time to find replacements, so I had to use them as-is. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and both pickup and drop-off were easy, but the condition of the chairs really took away from the overall experience. I hope the company improves the quality and upkeep of their rental inventory because the customer service itself was good.

My daughter is going to have the best 8th Birthday ever. Jesus and Luis were great. Making sure the stage was setup timely and safe. Logan also helped make sure our configuration and delivery went smoothly. Now to just finish setting up for the party. Thank you!

Renting from them was so easy and pick up and drop off if you chose not to do delivery was a breeze. Jesus was great in handling our pick up and drop off.
