Very frustrating experience. For 2 months, I tried to cancel my membership, but there was no proper online cancellation option, and nobody answered phone calls or returned voicemails. Meanwhile, they still had my card on file and could continue charging me. After several attempts, one lady finally answered and said help to cancel the membership & membership was canceled, but there would be no refund. This felt unfair and very unprofessional. Customers should not be trapped like this just because the business makes cancellation difficult.

There is no supervision in the jump zone . No place for the parents to sit and view the kids too . Kids were jumping from the top and there were kids running and still lying on the floor below . It was very scary to watch . Other similar play zones have staff to supervise the kids jump area and make space in the jump zone before the next kid jumps from top . Kids were pushing and there were little kids jumping and running along with the older ones . Heavily understaffed and there was no monitoring at all . We went during the weekend and not sure if this is the case always .
