If i could put 0 I would. The owner Ben so rude. The only good customer service they have is Landen. So nice and polite. I’ve been in multiple times and Landen has been so nice to us making sure we have a good time there. I went in another time and Ben (the owner) was rude as all get out and he overcharges for his park and the birthday party I booked there. Would not go back.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. There’s a nice mix of activities—trampolines, dodgeball, foam pits, and more—so both kids and adults stay entertained. Perfect spot for birthdays, group events, or just burning off some energy on a rainy day. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking for active fun!

The kids love it here. It is not expensive to get a pass, and there are so many perks, the people are wonderful & good supervisors. This place is the best part (so far) about moving to Madison. We come as often as we can! 🥅 🏀

Love It, So Me and my Dad was in Huntsville so my Dad said Wanna go to Altitude Trampoline Park And I said yes (This is my first time actually) And we went there and Wow The Employees Were doing their Job Nicely and Great But Im going to tell you IT BIG. So I jumped on the Trampoline and I love it They had a Dodgeball Trampoline Park, Obby’s A Basketball Court!? And more I had alot of fun and really recommend this place for jumping even Though We traveled 45 minutes. Great place

We had the absolute most amazing experience while we were at altitude. Frances and Daniel were absolutely incredible. They answered all of our questions they gave Great information and really made us feel at home. We will be back many times. They made our family outing the best it could’ve been
