altitude trampoline park was honestly one of the worst experiences i’ve had at any business, and i really don’t say that lightly. the place felt completely unorganized from the moment i walked in. the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. trash overflowing, no paper towels or soap, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned or even checked in a long time. it’s honestly embarrassing for a place that hosts kids and families to keep their facilities in that condition. the staff made everything worse. most of the teenage workers were just standing around in little groups talking, laughing, and messing around with their phones instead of watching the kids or making sure everyone was safe. it felt like nobody cared, and if you asked them something, they acted bothered or confused, like you were interrupting their hangout time. it’s actually dangerous when you think about it, because kids are jumping everywhere and there’s zero supervision. and the managers, fizza and camila, were on a whole other level of disrespectful. instead of helping fix any issues or at least listening to concerns, they talked with attitude and dismissed everything like it didn’t matter. the way they spoke to customers was unprofessional and honestly disgusting. if that’s the leadership there, it explains why the whole place runs the way it does. overall, this business has horrible customer service, poor management, no cleanliness, and no sense of safety. i wouldn’t recommend anyone bring their kids here or spend a single dollar at this place. horrible experience from start to finish
We just had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here, and honestly it was amazing. We were able to reserve the place for a private party and had the entire place to ourselves, which made it even better. The whole staff made everything super easy from the start. They were very professional, super helpful, and really attentive the whole time. Fizza helped us with the reservation, the staff checked in on us during the party, and made sure the kids were safe and having fun. A lot of our guests kept saying how impressed they were with the staff and how smoothly everything went. Overall, it was a great experience, and my daughter had the best birthday. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free party spot.
This location was rather disappointing, especially walking in and told that you have to sign the waiver before you can look at pricing or even get a tour of the location. The gentleman at the counter with the Band-Aid on his glasses had no customer service skills whatsoever unfortunately I didn’t get his name because I didn’t see a name tag. There were several young people behind the counter, not willing to greet anybody or to help anybody make any decisions about coming to the park we decided to not spend the $35 for the monthly membership. We decided to go to Skyzone instead 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location.
We had an absolutely amazing time, visited Tuesday at noon and stayed for two hours. The kids, ran jumped and played like crazy. Some of the interactive games weren’t working, but enough for that everyone was entertained. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The slides did not go as fast as expected, but the open and fun environment more than made up for it. This is not the biggest trampoline park in the area but for unlimited use for $35 a month, it’s a good deal.
I recently took my kids here for the first time, and it far exceeded my expectations. The space is large, clean, and brightly lit, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable play environment. With a great variety of trampolines and activities, my children were entertained for hours. It’s definitely a top choice for a fun family outing!
