I would give this place 3 stars overall. The kids still had fun, but there were several things that made the experience disappointing. One issue was the online tickets. The passes we purchased were only valid for 3 months, and there was no reminder before they expired. We bought 6 tickets for the kids, but they got sick and couldn’t come in time. When we returned later, we were simply told the tickets had expired. While I understand businesses have policies, a 3-month limit feels too short for families with young children, since schedules and illnesses can easily come up unexpectedly. The staff was polite, but not particularly helpful in trying to find a solution. The facility itself also felt somewhat under-maintained. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, seating is limited for parents, and there’s no Wi-Fi available. The required socks are also $5 a pair, and overall the pricing feels more focused on maximizing profit than improving customer comfort and experience. The kids still enjoyed themselves, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of lower. I just hope management considers making the experience more customer-friendly for families.

First time here, place doesn’t look like it’s cleaned up after or taken care of. Place was full of ants wouldn’t recommend this place first and last time. Plus it’s pretty warm in the place and the jumpers are all beat up and not kept up with wither

I have been to this trampoline park on Four different occasions and I have never seen a staff member in the trampoline area. Kids are running around and jumping off of ledges, flipping on the trampolines with no supervision and no staff members to enforce safety. I know there are disclaimers that take away the responsibility of the company but when you never have any staff supervision that's not alright.
