I brought my car in for an insurance related repair after an accident. I chose this business after reading the reviews, seeing all the before and after photos, reading they had loaner vehicles, customer service was good, generations of families brought their cars here, etc. I dropped it off on December 29th. The shop had been in contact with my insurance and I was sent an estimate via email with the work needed and a done by date of January 19th. I called after they had my car after a week to inquire about a loaner, was told they were all out and that there were some on the lot that were "broken down" and unusable. OK, I gave up on that idea. They'd call if something came up. It was 2 business days before I was supposed to pick up my car, according to the estimate I was given. I had not heard from anyone about any progress or if it was good to be picked up. I was told, oh sorry, it won't be ready by that date. I was told that some adjustments had come up during the work that required more approval from the insurance company and that delayed things. OK, but why had no one told me this, especially being so close to when I was told it would be done? I was then told 21st or 22nd. OK, only 2 more days, whatever. It was now 3pm on the 22nd and I have not heard from anyone and they close at 5. I call and am told, oh yeah sorry, it's still not ready, it'll be Friday (2 more days). This time I was told everything was fixed and good to go, it just needed to go to paint. OK. Again, why was I not called and told this? It is Friday at 230pm, I have not heard from anyone. I call again. Oh, sorry, it still isn't ready, it will be ready Monday. This time I am told it just needs to be assembled. This is now THREE times I was told a date that got pushed back and the ONLY reason I knew that was happening is because I called them. The receptionist knew I was frustrated and asked Brian if there was a way to have it done by the end of the day because they had told me it would be done and I heard him say in the background, "Who said that?" Y'all did. 2 days ago. I heard it. At this point, a manager was involved. The manager said someone was staying late to assemble it so it would be ready first thing Monday morning, but a little too late to fix this in my mind. No surprise to anyone, I did not hear from anyone all Monday morning. I had a friend mostly because I wanted to see if a man was treated differently than me. I hate to say it, but it happens. Suddenly, my friend is given more information than I ever was. Again, now FOUR times, sorry, not done today as planned, 2 more days. They told him they were waiting on a part! Not once ever have I been told anything about waiting on a part. I was continually told that "everything was fixed and good to go, it just needed to be put back together." WHY WAS THIS NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME? Why am I consistently told things are ready and good to go and it'll be done if they won't be? Just don't tell me a time then. The manager said he didn't realize they were waiting on a part. How are you not communicating with your staff about the status of a vehicle before telling a customer it will be ready? I finally got to pick it up and I do appreciate how nice the woman in the office was. She seemed very apologetic and understanding and wanted to assure me that if anything was wrong once I got it home, to call her directly. The most positive part of the whole experience. For one last bit of fun, they gave it back with a nearly empty gas tank. In the THIRTY ONE days they had my car, I was never offered a loaner. So, if you select them based on the reviews that say they have them, maybe don't count on that. If you select them based on all the "quick turnaround times" maybe proceed with caution. Why was I not being kept in the loop? Why did I have to chase down information? Why was the information I was given inaccurate? Why keep telling me dates if you knew those dates weren't gonna pan out? Idk why my experience was so opposite of all these other good reviews, but I would not recommend.

If you’re looking for shady work and non existent quality control and bad attitudes you’re in the right place. Did a half ass job paint job on my jeep and never completely finished the repairs. I ended up trading the vehicle in and taking a loss at trade in due to the incomplete repairs. Offered me a $25 gift card if I gave them a 5 star google review but I don’t need $25 that bad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went to Jim’s Collision to have a bumper replaced and they did a fantastic job! Brian worked with my schedule to get the repairs done in one day so I didn’t have to rent a car. They were quick, efficient, less expensive than I anticipated and very easy to work with! I would certainly recommend going there for repairs!
