After my car got hit I called Findlay Honda on who i should go to. They recommended Crash Champion Collision repair. Now I understand why . They are very friendly and they did a great job on repairing my Honda HR-V ! They kept me up to date during the repairs and when the car was done. When I picked the car up they went above and beyond and cleaned it inside and out. Thank you ! I would definitely recommend them !

I am giving them 5 stars because the repair quality is excellent and my 2026 Tesla looks flawless, but the business side is a mess: Timeline: A repair took 42 days mainly due to communication issues. Communication: I received zero phone calls; I had to call them for every update. (They sent automated sms updates) Reliability: Automated texts gave inaccurate pickup dates, changing at the last minute. The Issue: The delay was blamed on "lost emails" that were actually just sitting in a promotions folder. This is a very poor excuse. This combined with no phone calls is too much for me to ignore. Amazing mechanics, but the administrative side needs a total overhaul. That said, these guys genuinely care about your car and treat it like their own. They went out of their way to make sure my car was in pristine condition. I couldn't ask for a better repair and I'd trust these guys any day. Thank you!

I took my Tesla for body work. The repair was beyond my expectations. Customer service I haven't seen better in decades. My Tesla was complete the same day I took it in. My dogs hair was vacumned out completely, the outside so clean, they even charged the car. Amazing!
