Once again... i went in to have my sunglasses repaired and once again they did an excellent job. Replaced a nose pad with no charge.. Service from Jeni was great! Thank you, Jeni.

There’s a very rude woman in charge of the front desk, customer service, and calls. I called today with a simple question about getting my DMV vision form filled out, but she interrupted me, started yelling, and acted completely unprofessional. Once she realized it had been a while since my exam, she suddenly said the doctor wouldn’t be available until October 26 — exactly 90 days after my last visit — just so she could avoid helping me. That felt intentional and extremely disrespectful. I’ve never had any problems with the other staff, who’ve always been kind and professional, but her negative attitude and energy ruin the whole experience. She shouldn’t be representing this clinic — people deserve to be treated with respect, not hostility.

I've been to a few locations and like this one the best. Diego does a great job of dialing all the little things in the average customer like myself is clueless to. 100% better than the last couple places I got glasses and 1000% better than Stanton optical. Good selection of frames, good options for lenses/tints/coatings, but getting the customer service from the Fulton crew makes a huge difference in walking away with fantastic prescription eyewear at great pricing. Really appreciate the knowledgeable and customer service oriented staff over there- Diego for President!

I just left Stanton bc no selection on affordable glasses and they don’t accept insurance, so I drove 2 miles to Americas Best, was greeted and given accurate information. I didn’t have my insurance card. I’m outspoken and talk a lot. Every single person was so gracious and had excellent customer service and communication. Jen’s a boss and knows her ish. Eliza is such a darlin and very comfortable to talk to. Diego is a doll and incredibly helpful, i love that he checked in and communicated even when Jen finished up w me. The dr was absolutely amazing as well w great bedside manner and helpful as well. I was able to get my glasses covered almost completely w transitions. I was expecting low end glasses and was pleasantly surprised. This will be my eye dr from here on out. They now have a loyal customer.

Fantastic customer service! Made an appointment online and I was immediately helped. I had never reversed an eye exam or glasses before, and they made it very simple and straightforward. Received a buy one, get a pair 40% off, and absolutely loved the optometrist. Highly recommend this place.
