I have always had very good to excellent service at this location until the last 2 times. My wife went in for a flat repair and was told they couldn't fix the tire but another shop would probably do it. My wife came home and I fixed the puncture with no problem. On 1/12 I took my jeep in for rotation and a flat repair. Once again I was told the puncture couldn't be fixed. This was a nail in the top of the tread on an aggressive mud tire. He asked me if I wanted the spare put on. I said yes and then he attempted to give we my tire and rim back. I has to ask if he could at least reseat the rim which he did. They put the spare on but did not check the air pressure which was less than 20lbs when I checked it. I again had to go home and repair the tire myself. I've been purchasing tires from ATS for over 30yrs and the place seems more interested in selling wiper blades than providing good customer service now. In all fairness, I did see the manager get after his employees several times so hopefully this is just a bump in the road.
Got served by Mr. James today on 01/13/2026 around 12:15 pm, he had exceptional customer service and took his time to check and explain everything to me in regards to the car tires. Even he offered to look up potential future purchase for my Tesla Y tires. Made things a breeze and I was out of their in a very short time with my car tire repaired out of courtesy and didn't charge me anything. Would recommend anyone to see them at IKEA court west Sacramento. 5 stars 🤩🤩
I came in yesterday and received incredible customer service by Jesus. He was so kind and really took the time to help understand what my needs were. I had a tire in mind from a competitor, and was looking for something similar in price and mileage. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to recommend a set of tires that I didn’t see online and that were even cheaper than the competition. The store was quite busy and these guys really work hard without sacrificing service delivery. Everyone was so nice and I will certainly be back.
This place has got customer service down to a science. I walked in and the wait was going to be really long. They were packed. My service tech suggested I make an appointment for the next day. That was a game changer🚀 I got an appointment reminder of my phone when I left, there was No wait the next day. I was immediately checked in and my car was in being worked within 10 minutes. Appointments are critical unless you’re in a pickle with blown treads. Thank you💙 Suggestion: Vacuuming the front of the car and or windshield cleaning would raise the bar and increase customer satisfaction🙏
Huge shout-out to Joe at the America’s Tire in West Sacramento! His customer service was absolutely fantastic today — he was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience completely seamless. Honestly, while Joe was a standout, his great service is exactly what I’ve come to expect from this entire team. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, bringing all of our family’s cars here. It’s rare to find a shop that is so consistently welcoming, helpful, and completely trustworthy. I send my family and friends here without a second thought, knowing they will always be treated with respect and receive honest, top-quality service.
