Not happy with them service after I went for one session and I tried to go back I get very sick and went to the hospital when I called to reschedulemy appointments, they charge me a full amount of the session for $188 very unprofessional they doesn’t care about the customer They just care about collecting money the reception employee Tara never explained to me if you cancel you will get charged. I Will never go back to the place . Surprise me he doesn’t do courtesy visit All they do collecting money.specifically she never explained it from the beginning.

Dr. Calo is fantastic. She has been very helpful in understanding the causes of my shoulder, hip, and foot issues. Physical therapy has been a very collaborative experience here. Personally I find having explanations of the anatomy helpful. Since voicing this interest in a more detailed explanation of the 'why', Dr. Calo has been explaining things in more depth. This has been great for my motivation in completing the exercises at home. Also, the dry needling she's done has been very helpful for short term relief.

Today I had my mapping session with Jake and he was very informative. The explanations of my treatment with the shock waves and PT in general made so much sense in helping with my foot fracture recovery. SO FAR SO GOOD and I am looking forward to positive outcomes from my treatments!

I saw Dr. Jake Meyer today for knee and hamstring pain and he was fantastic! I felt like he really listened to me and validated my concerns. He did dry needling and shockwave therapy and gave me exercises to do at home as well. I can tell Dr. Jake Meyer is very passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about his patients! I left today feeling very hopeful and am excited to see him again next week. Highly recommend Dr. Jake Meyer to anybody looking for a physical therapist in the Cincinnati/NKY area! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, educational, kind and compassionate! Thanks again!!

I recently went to Annalise for PT after foot surgery. I was in a lot of pain and within a few sessions I was already in significantly less pain and walking better. I have felt more heard with Annalise than any other medical professionals throughout this whole process. HIGHLY recommend her and this amazing facility!
