I've been coming to Hello Sunshine for about six months, and it has quickly become my favorite place to be! Hello Sunshine is by far the most welcoming and friendly yoga/fitness studio I've ever been to. The instructors and experienced students are so encouraging to newcomers, and I felt like a part of the community from my very first class. Hello Sunshine creates a safe environment to try something new, so don't hesitate to try a class even if you're nervous.
This was the most healing environment I think I’ve ever been in. I’ve been to a lot of different studios and all are usually welcoming and supportive, but I rarely feel so comfortable to mentally and physically process any past trauma during a yoga class, but the Kim created an environment where I felt safe and comfortable enough to do that using the practice and gave ample time to breathe through everything and mentally and physically release everything I needed to. She knew just the right music to play, when to remind us to breathe deeply, and reminding us of our intentions for the class. The overall vibes of the just so positive. The practice was challenging but I never felt judged for my abilities, and that challenge just made the parts where we stretched and breathed through everything that much more impactful— I even shed a few silent tears during Savasana because I released so much energy and emotion during the practice and just felt this ultimate sense of relief. All around, this was the best yoga class I’ve ever been to and will absolutely be back. From the bottom of my heart I thank Hello Sunshine and Kim for creating this environment for people to come and practice yoga 💛☀️
I was in Cincinnati for the weekend and needed a decent workout that wouldn't aggravate some old injuries. I found Hello Sunshine Yoga online and saw they had a Saturday 8:45 AM barre class that fit my schedule perfectly. I gave them a quick call that morning, and Holly, the instructor, picked up. She was really helpful and told me they take walk-ins and had one spot left, which worked out great for me. The class was challenging but not too tough, perfect for any fitness level. Holly did a great job making sure everyone could follow along, no matter their experience. The studio itself was clean and welcoming, and they had all the gear I needed—a yoga mat, weights, and a ball. For anyone who needs a potentially flexible spot for a workout, especially if you're from out of town, Hello Sunshine Yoga is a solid choice. Holly's great at what she does; she's friendly and knows how to run a class that's inviting and not intimidating. I'd definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a good workout without the hassle.
This studio is an absolute gem! I've been going to Hello Sunshine consistently for about 5 months, and the energy and super supportive community at the studio has made it so easy to keep a routine. I find myself looking forward to these workouts instead of dreading the gym. Aerial classes add a sense of play and exploration to a challenging workout, and the instructors are all great about adjusting to the skill level of the class, providing more challenging options or easier accommodations for some of the moves so the workout is accessible for everyone. The kettlebell classes are a big challenge and not something I ever thought I'd enjoy, but the small class sizes make for familiar faces and the instructors are all so encouraging. Just such a great environment and I always leave the studio smiling. :)
I am so excited to have a new Yoga studio in my neighborhood! Everyone at Hello Sunshine Yoga has been so welcoming and encouraging and the classes I’ve taken have all been great! I loved my first aerial yoga class and really appreciated the one on one instruction that Hollie provided! It was a fun new workout and really allowed me to stretch and center in new ways! Definitely recommend!
