Went back for a re-ink on a tattoo i had done in March. The artist offered a touch up within 6 month of original appt to brighten or define if needed. Still very happy with results and visit. Did a walk - in to make an appointment. She was able to fit me in that afternoon. Thank you again Anchorage Tattoo Studio. ❤️🥰

Got my first tattoo here with some friends while visiting from Kentucky and Dave was the coolest person ever! He was super friendly and gave us so much advice for taking care of our tattoos and is a great artist! He kept the area super clean and sanitized too. Highly recommend!

Great shop that does great work! My friends and I popped in during our first trip to Alaska after deciding to get some impromptu tattoos to commemorate the occassion and even without an appointment they got us in no problem! (I'm sure if we got bigger pieces it would've posed more of a problem as their next appointment came in as we were getting out but the whole shop crew was super friendly the whole time and fast! So happy they managed to squeeze in three walk ins!) My artist was Kathie and she was fantastic! She was so friendly the whole time and made sure to check in and make sure I didn't need a break even though I was only in her chair for about 20 to 30 minutes. She recommended I use a dry heal method which I hadn't done before but my piece is healing beautifully (even with hopping on a plane less than 12 hours later!) and I've had nothing to worry about regarding it (outside of the expected itchiness!) If I was local I'd definitely be back! If I'm ever in Anchorage for another trip I'm already planning on making an appointment at the oldest tattoo shop in Alaska!

Not only did I receive an awesome tattoo for my 2 day trip to Alaska but I had an appointment that was supposed to be for the day before and my flight got delayed and the owner fit me in first thing the next morning! Such a good experience and even better customer service. Will definitely be back and if you want a great tattoo at a reputable shop with great service this is the place you wanna go!
