I’ve honestly been to this spa multiple times throughout the past few years but thought I should leave a review this time around. I’ve always had a wonderful experience with all the staff and love the amenities! My niece treated me to a massage here yesterday for my birthday and I felt my massage therapist, Amanda, was incredible and went above and beyond. She listened to my concerns and helped me with things I didn’t even know I needed - given her knowledge of body systems. The front desk staff also made me feel quite special and celebrated. Thank you!

I got a hot stone massage and it was a perfect, relaxing experience. I didn’t make use of the other spa facilities but everything looked lovely!

I booked the ultimate zen ritual package with some friends, and it was the worst spa experience I have ever had. It was so incredibly painful and rough. My tech even made a comment about how uncomfortable I looked during the massage, but didn't bother to adjust her technique. At one point, she took her knuckles and was making vigorous scrubbing motions on my anterior neck that left bruising. For a $600 package, I left with a terrible headache, bruising, and pain. I felt absolutely sick knowing I spent so much money on such a terrible experience.
