This was my first experience at Hjem, after relocating and having to leave my wonderful practitioner behind. There’s a little anxiety when trying a new place-especially when the services you’re receiving are something as visible as your face. But I felt comfortable immediately after walking in, from the pleasantness of the desk staff, to the tranquility of the waiting area. I saw Samantha, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what was-and more importantly, wasn’t-necessary. There were no attempts at upselling, and she explained exactly what she would be doing, and what to expect afterwards. There was also a follow up appointment made before I left, just in case I wasn’t completely satisfied with my results. I will absolutely be returning for all future skincare maintenance, and will have no doubts that I’ll be receiving excellent care.

I can't recommend Hjem Aesthetics enough! The space is absolutely stunning and gives such a luxurious, welcoming vibe right from the moment you walk in. The staff is super professional, kind, and really know their stuff. I've personally worked with Erin and Liberty as my providers, and I've loved the results every single time!

When I sat down for the first time in Erin’s chair, she made me feel seen,and safe as she listened to what goal(s) I wanted to achieve for my facial concerns. She educated me on the different options before choosing what would be best for my face. She is one of a kind, where she truly wants you to look and feel your best in your own skin. Never over does it, never over sells. Truly connects with you. I adore Leidy, Erin, Sam, Liberty, Caroline, and everyone who works there. Hjem is the best of the best, and anyone who goes there knows what I am talking about. I have told all my friends, and anyone who will listen that they need to start going to Hjem. No matter who they see, they are in great hands. From the second you walk in you feel at home. And when you leave you actually want to make another appointment just to hang out there.
