Wow what a great way to end my day. The deep tissue was the perfect pressure and the CBD, back scrub and foot massage add on’s made such a difference in how I felt afterwards. I would recommend Delayne and her magical hands. I feel amazing can’t wait for my next session! Thanks so much Cat

We called multiple times before booking and clearly explained that it was important for our group of three to be together. We were coming from different states and had no prior knowledge of the salon layout or their capabilities. We were assured this could be accommodated. In reality, we were put into three different rooms for the massages and even during the pedicures we were separated by a large wall. This was especially misleading given that the spa’s own photos show groups seated together. What is most disappointing is that when trying to resolve this situation on the spot we were told to email the manager because she was not in, turns out they straight up lied as she was one of the people performing the services. In the end the manager, Lindsey, blamed the entire situation and their miscommunications on us. I also want to add that we called multiple different spas before booking Emerald City and all the other places understood our request and told us right away that they would not be able to accommodate. Emerald City’s own website states that they guarantee their services and will issue a refund if an adequate solution cannot be provided. So I guess if you want to pay a lot of money for a spa experience and then be blamed for all the miscommunications, be lied to and made to feel like you are the problem then this is the place for you! Oh just an fyi their space is gender neutral so if you like to be hit on by creepy men wearing nothing but a robe in the changing room this is also the place for you!

Although I did not personally receive any treatments at this establishment, my aunt, who is pregnant, traveled from Colorado to Minnesota to surprise her friend with a spa experience for her birthday. Another friend joined them from South Dakota. This trip was thoughtfully planned well in advance so the three moms could enjoy a relaxing weekend together. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing and calming experience turned into a very negative one due to how they were treated. Prior to their arrival, my aunt made several phone calls to ask questions and clearly communicate their requests. Despite this, they were met with hostility and poor treatment from staff once issues arose. There was a clear lack of communication on their part and failure to disclose important details ahead of time—such as certain areas being gender-neutral, which left them feeling uncomfortable and disregarded, especially since they had been clear about their preferences. She noted that Lexie and Lindsey were particularly unprofessional and rude in how they handled the situation. Hearing about this experience was extremely disappointing and has been enough for me to decide not to visit. I would caution others to consider this before booking as well.

Please, whatever you do, do NOT go to this salon. My face was raw, irritated, swollen, and red after the facial. I filled out their preliminary questionnaire stating my allergy (shellfish) and when questioned in person, I said my skin was older (67 years old) and dry. My daughters' wedding was 3 days away with festivities starting the next day. I couldn't believe it!! My husband, a physician, had me put Hydrocortisone cream on it, which over the next 10 days, calmed it down but still the damage was still very visible. This all occurred 9 days before Christmas as well, with lots of out of town family would visiting through New Years Eve. When all these celebrations finally ended, my husband complained to the owner about what happened and included a photo of my face that I'd taken the next day. She basically blamed it on me, my skin, our not letting her know right away (even though we were in the midst of a wedding and holiday celebrations), and of course took absolutely no responsibility for what happened. We were not given a refund but instead offered free massages. Why would we return to a spa that destroys your face. On top of all this, the pedicures and manicures that my daughters received were bumpy and sloppy. They were done at a high top counter while the manicurist stood in front of them. Very weird! My daughter had given them her credit card ahead of the visit (very strange that this was required) and when we checked out, the bill was not ready. We were told to "go ahead and go. We'll email the bill to you. Oh, and here are three gift bags for you." When the bill came it included a fee $25/gift bag!! That bag had a few loose chocolates and some samples that the salon had acquired. You will NOT enjoy your experience at this spa and you may actually regret what happens there. It was deserted when we were there and the owner does not make good business decisions much less care about you, the customer, at all.

Highly recommend. We were in the cities to for a milestone birthday celebration weekend for my Bride. We spent one of the day's at Emerald City with the All Day Escape package and they made sure we had a great couples Spa experience. They were so great to work with! Very reachable and worked to accommodate our needs. I was delighted by the staff, it resulted in a very memorable weekend and we will certainly be back for more.
