I always pop in for various reasons, like getting new cat grass or the odd plant or shrub! Sometimes even just to enjoy the serenity. Always greeted by friendly and helpful faces. Thank you for all the help choosing my plant today !

The staff are very friendly; I am usually welcomed with a lovely smile! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even carry my plants to my car for me. The stock constantly changes so it's definitely worth popping in regularly which is possible because it's so conveniently located.

Very poor customer service and overpriced.I work in the industry and live locally and always regret coming here. I always prefer to shop locally and support small businesses but the customer service is incredibly unhelpful and arrogant ( 2 staff members just watch me load up 10 bags of soil, no offer to help). Little tip guys, you are more expensive, and I get it, you can’t compete with big business prices, that is why costumer service is crucial. When you can get better customer service at Bunnings for half the price. There’s a problem. The little Mitre 10 down the road was cheaper for potting mix and had me loaded up before I even finished paying.

Good selection of plants and helpful staff. Always happy to support a local family business. The potting mix and fertiliser they sell are of good quality. Staff is knowledgeable. So glad to have a garden centre in the neighbourhood. Keep up the good work, guys and gals!
