Very disappointing experience and if only their attention to detail was as impressive as their email marketing. We interviewed a few house cleaning teams and went with Ansley. While we were looking for just a 'regular' clean, they insisted we needed a deep clean which was over double the cost. During the walk through, their representative pointed to the areas that needed deep cleaning before regular maintenance cleans - fan blades, tops of door frames, underneath kitchen cabinets, dirty light fixtures, etc. So we agreed to start with the deep clean. The team came and was very pleasant however after their visit, I began to notice a lot of the areas that were pointed out as needing deep cleaning, were not touched at all. I ended up doing a more thorough check and based on the dust collected from the door frames, window frames and fan blades, splatters remaining underneath cabinets, it was clear these areas were completely skipped. The company offered a $50 refund (a small portion of the upgrade for the 'deep clean') or to come back and do the work. Given this was our first and only experience working with this team, we did not have faith in their attention to detail and had already spent a lot of time going over their missed work and doing it ourselves.

Our home and yard survived the🌀!! However, after 4 days without electricity, lots of rain ☔️ AND 2 dogs Kerri had a BIG job to tackle. As usual she succeeded!! Our dogs loved the snow ❄️! They also tracked it in for 3 days 😵💫 Bri did a great job tackling the hard wood floors and rugs. Ansley Home Cleaning has taken care of us EVERY Friday since 2016!!! Owner Steve Perry, office staff and cleaners are always professional, conscientious, reliable and they listen!! They are the only people in ATL that we trust to have a key to our home. Need I say more?!?!

Wonderful first experience with Ansley Home Cleaning! Emilio was knowledgable and friendly while explaining the different services over the phone when I called to inquire about a deep clean. He gave me a quote and helped me set up an appointment right away. Savannah was our cleaner, she was so nice! Arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, asked us about anything to know in advance. She did such an excellent and efficient job that my fiancé and I plan to book our next cleaning with her. Prices are very reasonable too, plus excellent customer service. Love this place!

I wouldn't hesitate to use Ansley Home Cleaning again. I was able to get a quote quickly, schedule an appointment easily, and get them to come in a very short time frame. There was a tax bit of miscommunication regarding what parts needed and didn't need cleaning but they were also communicating with both my wife and myself and they may have received slightly different information, a confirmation would have cleared it up easily enough but it was at least as much our fault. The workers were quick and friendly.
