This company is horrible! MENAUL location to be specific. They NEVER answer calls, even though they have staff they just ignore the calls. When they do answer they can’t even help!!!! I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and they always tell you to call ABC Company as if you did business with them??? they are good and efficient to take your money but when it comes to billing and or cancellations they send you to that ABC company. It’s ANNOYING that they can’t get their business together. If you cancel make sure it’s within 30 days of your due date because they will bill you for an additional month. I am not sure if this is a franchise but the owners are doing a horrible job! They keep hiring staff but no one ever lasts (that should tell you that whoever is running this business is incompetent.) The space is extremely small for the amenities and money that they charge. ($40+ dollars monthly.) Every 3-4 months you get an unexpected charge of $14 dollars, you might ask yourself why? They tell you to call ABC company… pathetic! The bathrooms are always dirty! Oh and DO NOT drink from the water fountains, they do not dispense filtered water, one time they were down for several months, and they had a sign advising people to drink from bathroom sinks since they were using the same water. Overall, i don’t recommend this company/location. For the amount that you would pay here i would recommend you do research on other much better 24 hour gyms! Save your money and you time.

I have been trying to cancel my membership since May of this year. I called my home club and was sent to call another company regarding my membership. I sent all my information to the email addresses the lady on the phone provided, but after numerous emails and months I still am being charged. I’ve contacted this club multiple times, and the customer service department and I’m still being ignored. Even after the Better Business Bureau contacted them regarding my membership I still haven’t heard anything. My contract expired a few years ago. You are robbing me

Honestly this gym is fine. It's clean, spacious, and everything seems to work. It's not brand new, but that doesn't mean it's bad. I'd absolutely return again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve gone through a lot of the reviews for Anytime Fitness on Carlisle Menaul Blvd in Albuquerque, and after comparing the feedback, one thing is obvious: the general manager, Brandon, has way more supporters than critics. Honestly, the negative reviews seem to come from people who didn’t get their way. Some folks seem to think good customer service means catering to every whim, but running a business is more complex than that. Brandon does an outstanding job managing this gym. Speaking as another Brandon myself, I’ve never met a bad one! He’s always professional, approachable, and puts in serious effort to make this gym the best it can be. From ensuring the gym is spotless to keeping the machines in top-notch condition, he’s constantly working behind the scenes to create a great environment. Brandon worked incredibly hard during the recent remodel, which shows just how dedicated he is. He went out of his way to get a new hack squat machine installed and advocated for the addition of a new water fountain—improvements that benefit everyone. He’s also created a space where members feel comfortable and welcomed, with zero tolerance for intimidation or harassment. It's a friendly environment where people can focus on their fitness without judgment. What stands out the most about Brandon is how much he genuinely cares. He knows 85% of the members by name and takes the time to connect with everyone. Yet, it’s funny how people are quick to leave a bad review when things don’t go exactly their way, but to leave a good one, it seems you need to move mountains. If you’re reading any negative reviews, know that they don’t paint the full picture. Brandon and Ramona do an amazing job, and this gym is proof of that.

Exercise machines are maintained well. Gym is seldom crowded. Smaller workout space with wood floor studio which includes boxing equipment, bosu balance balls, ropes, kettle bells.
