Sadly this gym has gone downhill since first joining and now it's fallen well behind the other AF gyms in CBD and SYD western suburbs. Lack of attention and policing of published rules and "very basic" gym etiquette (my estimate over a third of people not using towels), leaving weight plates on machines after use, individuals hogging 2 machines at the same time. Then there's the growing incidence of individuals sitting on machines or benches between sets for ridiculously long periods on their phones... It's a really simple action by the manager or staff to remedy this - just make the effort to walk around every once in a while, say hi to people and 'remind' users of etiquette and the gym's stated rules - honestly what's the point of having rules if your not interested in people following them - do you expect other gym users to police your rules? Also, I guess you don't even mention these basic rules and etiquette when new members come in for a chat to join - would be a very easy addition.

I hop around anytimes mainly based in the inner west, needed a spot to go in between work, atmosphere is mad the 2 level set up although bit confusing at first finding the bathrooms and showers, but other than a 2 second look around the gym is kept quite nice with of course some wear and tear on machine which is usual! 10/10 would train here again!

First time working out here. Was so excited as is close to my new office, so is a very convenient location. Pros to first visit were that it is well equipped, great location, gym towels available to use and is very spacious. Lots of changing rooms, showers and toilets. Cons were that I used one of the changing rooms and a lot of dust fell from off the top of the door as I entered. I also went to use one of the toilets and someone prior didn’t flush the toilet. I do use the gym however very early hours in the morning so is likely before cleaners had opportunity to tidy amenities up for the day ahead. Still stoked about the location however. Super convenient and accessible.

Worked out here super early morning while in Sydney for work. I liked the excellent gym facility over 2 levels. Good range of machines and weights. There's some abs and glute machines upstairs that I didn't see opposite the treadmills. Packed in the morning especially earlier in the week.
