Why didn't I start pilates years ago! 4 sessions at Pilates on George and I am hooked. I've met with 3 different teachers for private sessions to get me started and seriously, all of them are great. As an older woman, the sessions are very comfortable and not overly strenuous or intimidating at all. I don't hesitate to recommend this studio.

I’ve been absolutely loving my experience at the Pilates on George studio. There is a great energy, and the regular email updates have been such a nice touch—some of the topics and even just small comments have really resonated with me. A special shout-out to Niya, who has been incredible. She’s bubbly, knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to challenge you while still listening to your body. I had such a great experience in Olya’s class! As a Pilates instructor myself I felt so inspired by her teaching. She has a natural ability to guide with both clarity and creativity, and her knowledge really shines through in the way she cues and adapts exercises.
