So u pleasantly hot in here, feels like having a sauna while working out with high humidity. It’s actually so unpleasant I can’t even finish my workout, will be hitting up head office to get you to sort your crap out because it’s unacceptable conditions for something we pay for. Just awful.

EDIT: Thought I’d do a little experiment to prove my point. Check the pictures I’d give this 4 stars were it not for the fact that there is no AC running (or might as well not be). The water doesn’t come out refrigerated at all which further confirms it. It’s simply unacceptable for the gym to feel hotter than outside temperature on a summer day at 7PM. There are several times when the temperature is the same but because the space is closed, the humidity from the sweat makes training suffocating.

Nice gym with good equipment and fairly spacious for a gym in the cbd. A huge negative is the temperature inside the gym. Way too hot, aircon never seems to be in use, even in the middle of summer. It’s often hotter inside than it is outside. Only 2 smalls fans for the whole weights section. Very uncomfortable place to train

Beautiful new gym with new machines and a top layout. Manager rocked too.

Very central gym with all the essential equipment. There's a great big area for floor exercises, which is a definite plus. The equipment is clearly well-used, but still functional. That said, the space seriously needs better ventilation. The air conditioning only kicks in after 8 AM, which makes early workouts uncomfortable. I usually use the stationary bicycle — unfortunately, it’s been left in what feels like the "naughty corner," with no airflow and stuck under a spotlight. Not ideal. Also, there was no one at the reception desk, and it looked like some cleaning had been neglected. Overall, it's convenient and has the esencial , but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of air quality and cleaning.
