My experience with aptive was suburb! My technician was Tim, he went above and beyond my expectations. Tim was very thorough & efficient he took time to listen to my questions and concerns, he reassured me he could help. He was very knowledgeable and made this a very easy experience for me!! I will definitely stay on as an on going customer with aptive, nothing means more to me than great customer service thank you Tim

What a waste of our money and time. Signed a 1 year contract because they stated they would get up into our attic and check for activity and to setup traps and bait. 6 months in they’ve never gone up in the attic other then poking their head up in the hole because he was scared of what could be up in the attic and then took the poison we had bought ourselves and threw handfuls where most of the poison fell back threw the hole and left it laying all over the clothes and the floor in the bottom of the closet that our dogs could of gotten ahold of and make them sick or worse. They make sure to take their monthly payment but only come out once every couple of months. When we schedule an appointment they change the date last minute without consulting us. They are very unreliable and happy to take our money without doing their job correctly. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT! At this point we are contacting the attorney general to resolve this matter and to report this to the Better Business Bureau. So in 6 months they’ve only been out your home 3 times when the contract states they come out once a week for the first month and then 1 time a month every month so they should of been here a total of 9 times. So we’ve paid $270 for them to show up only 3 times.

Joey and Matthew were phenomenal to work with! Due to some crazy life circumstances, I kept having to reschedule and they were so flexible with me and so so nice. I never leave reviews but was so impressed with them I decided to this time. Very happy with Aptive and their service!

I had an excellent experience with Aptive! Joey was the technician who came out to spray my house, and he was absolutely amazing. He was on time, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Joey was very thorough and made sure to cover all the areas I was concerned about. He was friendly, respectful of my home, and clearly cares about doing a great job. I already feel so much better knowing the house has been treated, and I’ll definitely be sticking with Aptive thanks to the outstanding service Joey provided. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this company. They have done so excellent I would recommend them to anyone. They I’ve sprayed twice and it’s been a big difference outside
