Just what we needed. Beautiful quiet space to recharge and see the town. We had room to entertain and a kitchenette for refreshments. I have to note that the bed gave me the best rest I've ever had!

This is my favorite hotel if I'm in downtown San Antonio. It's far enough away from the city center, so it's quiet, but close enough to walk to whatever.

Loved our stay. Staff is very friendly & accommodating. The rooms are decorated so cool. We had an upstairs unit with a very large terrific porch .To get to the porch just lift the floor to ceiling window and walk out! The continental breakfast was delivered in a picnic basket each morning to our door . The property cat JuJu is very friendly .We met the owner...very nice gentleman. We will definitely stay here again when we visit San Antonio .We would probably ask for a downstairs room just because they are bigger . Maggie & Al

Our stay was excellent! The rooms were beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We were provided with a beautiful basket on our doorstep in the morning full of yummy breakfast foods and that was delightful. We were also greeted by both the manager and the owner and both were incredibly helpful and kind. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. It felt very personalized and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience! We'll definitely be back!

We rented multiple Arbor House Bed & Breakfast for a Family Birthday Celebration in Downtown San Antonio. Our family enjoyed the stay. Rooms were very nice and cozy. Little breakfast basket was a nice treat to wake up to in the morning. I will recommend and surely stay again.
