Great arcade! Good variety of games on multiple floors. The 18+ area is a great idea, easy to access, privacy from kids, with it's own bar for food and drinks.

We went to arcains yesterday afternoon. Myself and two children. Overall it is a good venue but we had a couple of small complaints. First being that the place had a bit of a funky smell and the bathrooms could do with a refresh new toilet seats and a freshen up of the paintwork. Secondly quite a few of the games didn’t work properly or had missing buttons. A lot of them were very slow or didn’t respond at all. We only stayed for a hour or so and the games my children enjoyed the most we paid additionally for like the air hockey table and pool tables. Wouldn’t return again unless the games were updated.

23/12/25 Took my eldest son to Arcains for the afternoon, he loved it and didn't want to leave, for that matter I am 39 and this place brought back so many childhood memories that I wanted to stay too. Well set up, great layout and staff are lovely! Overall this was a fantastic experience and I fully suggest to anyone who games or is simply looking for a way to unwind.

Attended this amazing venue for the first time Sunday 10th August for my grandson’s birthday party (age 8). Big shout out to Louis H, for how he helped all the kids, just outstanding interaction in every way , HUGE thank you, you made the kids day with how you supported them to access various machines. Very knowledgeable man and wanted to ensure that everyone on that floor had an enjoyable experience. THANK YOU, Louis H.

Good variety of games, both current and retro. Well worth the money especially when there is an offer on. However, I did notice some units had faulty equipment/pretty worn down…but there are plenty others to play instead. I was particularly chuffed I finally got to finish Time Crisis 3 (childhood goal) without spending so much ££££ 😆
