I had a great experience with Tara from Arctic AC. She did my annual checkup for furnace. She was very patient with all the questions I asked and I feel much better informed about my furnace maintenance after her visit. This was part of their membership service which gives discounts on their other services. Thank you Tara!
I had an excellent experience with my electrician, Kevin Flores, today. He replaced my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and fixed an outlet, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and efficient. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the new alarms were installed safely and correctly. What stood out most was his kindness, attention to detail, and genuine pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and truly considerate, but Kevin was all of that and more. My home feels safer because of his work, and I’m extremely grateful. I highly recommend this electrician to anyone needing reliable, high-quality service. I’ll definitely be calling them again!
Fredrick Akeridge from Arctic Air Conditioning was extremely professional and friendly. He explained the different options and pricing that were available to me. Frederick did an exceptional job rebuilding the inner guts of the toilet. I could not ask for more. Also a shout out to the office worker (sorry I did not catch her name) who arranged the appointment in lightening speed. All around it was a great experience. I would not hesitate to use Arctic services in the future.
. October 3 An Arctic tech came for our boiler maintenance as part of our TCC membership. He gave us a dire feedback about our boiler which is over 10 years old by now. (We've been in the house since 2018 and we inherited the boiler upon moving.) In summary, he told us that it was leaking Carbon Monoxide in some of its parts and soot is forming inside which indicated abnormal burning happening. He could not pinpoint the cause of the leak so he told me that he would follow up from the office and I would be contacted for it. No call came for more than a week so I initiated a call on Oct. 16 for the follow up and an email to the Special Care Manager responded via email and text to call the next day, Oct. 17. I spoke to Willis for the follow up appointment which I was told was not a paid service after I asked, if it was. I also requested for a new boiler assessment since that is part of our option considering the system age. The sales agent came at 3 pm on Oct 17 and he gave me a quote with few details involved in its replacement. The follow up technician came on Oct. 20, opened sections of the boiler and after his inspection told me that there is abnormal soot formation and it time for a replacement has come since the system has maximized its use. He turned the system off when he left. Please note that after the first check up, we bought a carbon monoxide detector and placed it next to the system. It never went off and the sales person told me that what we got from the store is "better than not having one" but an efficient one that cost around $400 could detect the slightest CO. Note too, that boiler in between the FIRST and 2ND visit was working when we had a few cold nights last week. However, after the 2nd visit, the boiler has completely STOPPED functioning. I am annoyed having feeling that it was meant to NOT OPERATE to fast track the installation of the new system compounded by the number of follow ups from you guys for a possible installation sale. The system with its issues was functioning until it didn't when a 2nd visit was done the other day! Oct. 20. What a coincidence.
I couldn’t be more pleased with Arctic Air. A different company offered me options that ranged from extremely expensive to ridiculously expensive. Phil G. from Arctic Air, however, actually listened to my needs and budget and designed an HVAC/water heater package that suited my home and my finances. The very next day, the technician Alex M. and team came out to install the system. As an added bonus, they didn’t need me there, so I was able to go to work. When I came home, I was in complete awe. I never imagined myself being wowed by an HVAC system, but there I was, staring at it like I was in a museum. It’s an industrial work of art with impeccable craftsmanship. I’ve read that the installation process is more important than the actual unit/brand in terms of reliability, and if that’s the case, I am confident that this system will last decades. Thank you, Arctic Air, for such a wonderful experience.
