They would not turn off the gas before replacing a gas valve that hooks up to my oven/stove. Now the entire house smells like gas.

The people who came to complete the service were friendly and neat. However, calling the office and talking with the lady was a different story. I had work done from them in July and was never told about the pipe that was carotid. However, now for the second time out same problem it’s because of the carotid pipe that should’ve been caught the 1st time around. I was 1st told it would be $540 to replace it. When looking up the pipe it was cheaper so when I called the office I spoke with a manager and was told $380 plus tax which was $25. I do not feel they are truth worthy and the warranty on their work is only 30 days which I fine to also be unfair.
